Additional Info:	I taught piano and organ as a living for six years, during the 70's. A music store offered free lessons with purchase; I had mostly beginners of ages 6 through 92. I devised a way to teach basics and theory in six lessons, so customers would have a free choice as to whether to continue privately with me or not. In the "noteless" world of today, I use my quick-theory concepts a lot when mentoring worship team musicians and conveying concepts to singers. Life has brought me into a good deal of vocal accompanying and some coaching (though my wife Laurel is the teacher par excellence). I'm a bit of a maverick on teaching materials, preferring to start with a blank sheet of paper and learning progressively what the student knows and where they may be best directed. I'm good at feeling the character of a student, and am primarily an encourager and inspirer, definitely not the one to drive kids to win competitions, but rather to love music more deeply and develop a passion to improve their abilities and expand their horizons.
Fees:	$ 30.00 Dollars Per Hour Fee would be flexible, depending on distances required for travel.
