I have many years' teaching experience, both privately and for the degree courses at RCM, Trinity and Guildhall. This includes organ teaching (especially keyboard skills for RCO diplomas) and supporting academic subjects like harmony, counterpoint, aural training and history of music. I specialise in preparing students for all aspects of the RCO diplomas and have designed a large quantity of focused resource material to help them succeed. I am particularly interested in tailoring strategies for transposition, score-reading, figured bass and sight-reading for individual students. |
